"Guided self help workers will now see clients with a score of <14, but with the referrer retaining clinical judgement about the referral. Scores of 15 or more on the PHQ9 should be passed to the relevant CBT therapist or psychological services."
The GSHW workers should see clients with mild-moderate problems and it is important to remember that the workers have only been trained in Cognitive Behavioral skills and not full therapy.
