Anticipatory Care & Polypharmacy:
The right hand panel now shows totals & income for this financial year.

Alcohol Brief Intervention:
Sign 74 Category (i.e. social, physical etc) no longer required, either Sign 74 or FAST will act as a trigger for payment

Amended to more than one service:
Patients removed from annual services prior to financial year will no longer show in patient lists.

Deducted patients were still showing on some services (such as M.S.Drug Misuse) which has now been fixed.

Those services now included in the ‘Basket’ have had payment criteria changed to best practice. These items will still be listed but there is no longer the concept of individual ‘pass / fail ‘ .

Each service has been provided with a Register/Patient List Report.
