Drug Misuse:
Encounter comments not visible on summary screen to allow room to view full data grid.
Added links for 'Protecting children', 'Hep C support', ‘Hep C Testing Flowchart’ and ‘Hep C Testing and Diagnosis info’
SMR date picker remains populated with last date entered
Added '8I6.. - Treatment not indicated' and switch off 'Supervised meth consump' and 'Amnesty form' if recorded
Added 'ZV02B - Hep B carrier' to BBV screen.
Added ‘43k1. – Hep C antigen level’ to BBV screen
Highlights changed to implement new recommended pathway for hep C testing. Chronic review now hinges on either 'HIV pos', ‘Hep C antigen pos, 'PCR pos' or 'Chronic Hep B' diagnosis.
Removed ‘A707X – Chronic viral hepatitis, unspec’.
Removed 6829. – Hep C screening
Moved 'Previous Hep A & B infection' section to 'Immunisation' screen.
Re-ordered BBV screen
Any BBV diagnosis will be displayed alongside the BBV Title on the summary grid.
If an injecting status is ticked the other options will be disabled to prevent multiple conflicting records.
Changed Consultation read code '9Na..' to '9No5. - Seen in substance misuse clinic

Alcohol BI :
Changed alcohol codes to use Vision drinker status defaults:
For non-drinkers - ‘1361. – Teetotaller’ and ‘1367. – Stopped drinking alcohol’ For current drinkers – ‘136..’ – Alcohol consump’ (weekly) and ‘136Z.’ – Alcohol consump NOS’ (daily)
Added ‘9O… - Screening positive at other agency’ and ‘9k14. - BI provided by other agency
Highlights now reset after 12months to allow for recording a BI after 1yr
Addition of pop-up - if clinician re-records a BI after less than a year they will be reminded of previous BI and asked to consider if a follow-up would be more appropriate
