If a patient on Sulphasalazine and has been stable for 2 years can we still claim for the monitoring?
A. No, patients who have been on Sulfasalazine for 2 years will drop onto an inactive list.

A. Yes, but this will have to be a forced claim from the inactive list, for those patients who have been on Sulfasalazine for over 2 years.

I have a problem making a submission - what can I do?
A.  Call the Help Desk first (01463) 667315 to report the problem and possibly get a solution or, it may be that you need to send in your Submissions Manually by adding the submissions file as an e-mail attachment.

Do you need to be logged out from GPASS in order to download and install new upgrades, and do ALL staff have to be logged off?
A. You only need to be logged out of Gpass on the machine on which you are doing the installation.
Other staff members can work normally.

EScro Software Updates:
Does the update need to be done on every PC on which EScro is installed, or does it update all PCs when it is upgraded on one?

A. The Data Collection Tool has to be installed on every PC, the Submission Verification Tool normally only goes on one or two machines (it should overwrite the previous version).
If you have a shared drive you could download it to a folder on the shared drive, and then access it from there.

A. Yes - on Minor injuries, there is an area to record a redressing of a wound.
