New Patch Fix

It has been brought to our attention that the recent patch has resulted in a number of patients who have completed their Anticoagulation ES Service re appearing on the SV Tool list.

This has now been corrected and a new update is available. With the SV Tool closed, run the following patch:

Q: Should I be logged out of GPASS when I run this update?
A: The update should only be run on the machine you use to submit to finance, you do not need to be logged out of Gpass.

Q: Should this patch be installed on the server or on the machine from which the reports are compiled?
A: The patch only needs to be installed on the machine you do your submissions to finance on.

Q: How can I tell which version the Data pump is?
A: The version number is shown at the bottom left of the Data Pump when it’s running. If you wish to see the version number without running the snapshot browse to C:\program files\EScro and click on Vision dp.exe this will open the Data Pump without running.
