There is a known issue with the SV Tool which can result in no patients being found even when there should be. To work around this issue, exit and restart the SV Tool then run as normal making sure to select the correct date range or submission period.

 

This problem results from the first time the SV Tool is run for a date range in which no patients are found (a common occurrence at the start of the month as it is quite easy to run from the 1st to the 2nd of December for example), when this happens you are presented with the option to run the SV Tool again however it will always result in no patients being found until the SV Tool is exited and restarted.
