Previously Albasoft designed and implemented call centre software for NessDOC in Inverness . Prior to this being superseded by NHS24 the system ran seamlessly for 5 years, maintaining a database of 72,000 patients and recording in excess of 25,000 encounters per annum. Patients clinical notes were securely transmitted electronically back to the practices on a daily basis. We are also providers of voice dictation solutions for practice administration staff.
